At Milkweed, we strive to capture life’s most precious moments. The milkweed plant symbolizes the connection between people and the untamed, beautiful, natural world. We strive to be a link between people and nature, much like the milkweed plant, through the use of natural light photography.

We have both been personally inspired by the milkweed plant, having witnessed the excitement of our young children’s faces as they were able to to see firsthand the life cycle of the Monarch butterfly. Watching nature unfold is such a pure and wonderful experience, especially through the eyes of a small child. We want to provide your family with tangible memories of these sweet and fleeting moments.

We hope that our photography can serve as a means for you to share that same wonder and excitement that the milkweed plant has brought so organically to our families.
